Is it safe to let someone access my computer remotely?
Yes. Remote sessions use secure, encrypted software and only work while you are present and have given permission. You can watch everything happening on your screen in real time, and the connection ends the moment the session is over. I never access your computer without your knowledge.
How does a remote session work?
After you book, I’ll send you a link to click. That downloads a small, safe program that lets me see your screen and fix the problem while you watch. No technical knowledge needed on your end. Most remote sessions take 45 to 90 minutes and are resolved the same day.
What areas do you serve for in-home visits?
I serve Reno, Sparks, and surrounding Northern Nevada communities. Not sure if you’re in my service area? Just reach out and ask — I’m happy to let you know or arrange a remote session if you’re further out.
What if you can’t fix my problem?
In the rare case I can’t resolve the issue, I’ll tell you honestly and won’t charge you for time spent without results. My flat-rate pricing means no surprise bills — you know the cost upfront before we start.
Do you work on Macs as well as PCs?
Yes. I work on both Windows PCs and Apple Mac computers, as well as iPhones, Android phones, iPads, and tablets. If it’s a personal device giving you trouble, I can most likely help.
